Re-automation of Old Machines
The re engineering concept of old automation was started way back in year 2003. We have started with an old Sucker Muller Indigo dyeing machine conversion in 2003, designed manufactured and commissioned the first denim finishing range for an OEM. The very first Kusters Cold Pad Batch Dyeing and Contidos (Dosing system) conversion is done by us in 2006. thereupon continuous ranges such as E. Kusters CBR. (Total Conversion DC to AC and Automatons), Monforts Sanfrorizers, 1st Denim Finishing Range for a OEM, Custom designed Indigo Cum Pigment Denim Plant (3 machines with unique 5 head-stock design, we are only ones who have done in India), Monforts Stenters (Conversion DC to AC and Automation), We are only ones who converted the automation of RAMSICH NIPCO CALENDER which, an European retrofit company failed to start. A unique concept designed and commissioned a Back Process of preparing correct concentration of HCL for Beninnger CBR (only one in India), Comet Italy Brushing Machine, Monfort Sanfrorizers with unique auto shrinkage control, The Osthoff Singe Machines are retrofitted to newest automation, maintaining the operating features and safety. A E.Kusters Washng Range, Washing Range of a OEM in India which cannot be run since installation, retrofitted complete automation.
